As a Customer Service Representative at Outlets at Traverse Mountain, you will be the friendly and helpful face that ensures every guest enjoys their experience at Utah's Most Beautiful Place to Save. Your adaptable and service-oriented demeanor will shine as you provide assistance to shoppers, retail employees, and visitors, answering questions and sharing valuable information. You will play a crucial role in enrolling customers in our loyalty shopping program and enhancing the VIP Lounge guest experience. In addition, your excellent communication skills will facilitate a range of general administrative tasks that support our dynamic retail environment. With a passion for customer-centricity, you’ll help create memorable moments that keep guests returning to our vibrant shopping center.

To excel as a Customer Service Representative at Outlets at Traverse Mountain, candidates must possess a variety of essential skills. A strong ability to write professional emails and effectively handle multi-line phone systems is crucial in delivering friendly and efficient service to guests.


Successful representatives should be comfortable with basic data entry and proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, enabling them to perform administrative tasks with ease. Additionally, maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to uniform attire is important to represent the brand positively. Familiarity with retail service and work environments is beneficial, as it enriches interactions with customers.


Basic cash handling and point of sale skills are expected, ensuring smooth transactions while providing an exceptional shopping experience. A proactive attitude and excellent communication capabilities will be key to thriving in this dynamic and customer-oriented role.


Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Experience with writing business emails
  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Basic data entry
  • Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs. Ability to serve guests with friendly efficiency and work in public spaces.
